The Real Story
I didn’t start in operations.
I started as a $5/hour VA with no connections, no fancy network, and no safety net. Just a laptop and a refusal to stay stuck.
I learned fast that checking off tasks wasn’t enough. Businesses ran messy because their operations had no structure, their teams had no clarity, and their founders were carrying the entire company in their heads.
So I stopped hustling through chaos and started building order:

→ Built backend workflows instead of doing random admin
→ Created systems, SOPs, and client processes that actually worked
→ Moved from task executor → operator → full operations consultant
My rates went from $5 → $21 → $60/hour, then into retainers, and eventually into what I do today:
