Scale With Sanity · the 12-month partnership
You are not trying to disappear from your business. You just should not be the one every question runs through, every fire lands on, and every decision waits on, not at this level. Scale With Sanity is a twelve-month partnership that builds the operations behind you, so the business runs on structure instead of running on you. You lead it. It holds without you in the middle of everything.
From the outside, it looks like freedom. You are making money. You have an amazing team. Your name is known. Look closer, though. Your phone is in your hand at dinner. Slack follows you onto the beach. Every fire still ends up on you to put out. You take vacations you are never really on. You earn like a CEO and live like your own hardest working, most underpaid employee.
The real reason
You did not do anything wrong. You did what smart, capable people do. You added more. More strategy, more tools, more people. You bought the templates and the courses. You hired a systems person, or a VA, and it did not quite take. You sat through the intensives and the live events.
But all of it landed on top of a business that was still built around you. Nothing underneath changed, so that heavy feeling came right back every time.
What was missing is the part no course teaches: the operational architecture. The systems and structure that hold the business up when you are not in the room. That is the whole job, and it is the one thing you were never given.
You built something extraordinary. Now I'll refine it so it runs without you being in the room.

What it is
It is a 12-month operations partnership. I come in, learn how your business really works, and build the systems, team structure, and processes (operational architecture) that allows your business to continue to scale without you. Everything gets documented, recorded, and trained into your team, so you and your team still continue to scale after I step back.
The business keeps making money, and it stops costing you your peace to make it.
It runs on systems, not on you being available every hour of every day.
Everything is documented, recorded, and trained into your team as it is built. If I disappeared tomorrow, you would keep every system. That is the standard.
The shift
Right now
Twelve months from now
We do things intentionally around here.
Peace is not a reward you get at the end. We build it into how the business runs, one steady piece at a time, from the very start.
Inside the partnership
The full operational audit. I am inside your business for the first month: every system, role, process, and leak, mapped through my STEPS framework: Systems, Teams, Efficiency, Processes, Strategic Growth. At the end of this audit, you will know where your business is leaking money operationally.
The CEO Dashboard. Built in month one, live by month two. Your money, sales, clients, team, and delivery, all in one place. Built on my platform and kept up by me for the life of the partnership. Retainer clients only. It lives nowhere else in my suite.
The operational roadmap. The full twelve months, sequenced: what gets fixed, in what order, and why. You see the whole plan in writing by the end of month 1.
Team and project management, off your plate. Your team reports into me day to day. I run the meeting rhythm, own the project management, track who owns what, handle the follow ups and the "did this get done," and coach your people into owning outcomes instead of just finishing tasks. You lead the vision. I manage the execution.
Operational architecture, maintained and refined. Workflows built, simple automations installed, processes mapped, SOPs written in one clean TRC format, and your tools consolidated and actually used. Everything documented and recorded as it is built, not at the end.
Online business management. The week runs through me: client delivery oversight, contractor coordination, and the day-to-day operational decisions that used to interrupt your sanity.
A weekly update email. Every week, in writing: what moved, what is moving next, and what needs you. What needs you shrinks month over month. I point it out when it does.
A monthly CEO call. Sixty minutes, just you and me, at the strategy level. Not status updates, those live in the weekly email. This call is about where the business goes next.
A quarterly deep dive. Ninety minutes, in place of that month's CEO call. A full review against the roadmap: what got built, what it changed in hours and dollars, and what the next quarter holds. This is where you watch yourself become CEO-optional, in writing.
Two flex sessions a month. Two extra thirty-minute calls, booked through your own link whenever you want to talk something through. They reset each month and do not roll over. An extra hour of me, yours to use or not.
Daily access, 9 to 5 EST, Monday to Friday. One channel, chosen at onboarding: Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. Text, voice notes, and recordings all welcome. We talk most days. That is what a partner is.
After you say yes
You do not wait months to feel this working. Here is exactly what happens once you sign.
Onboarding and access. We set your one channel, I get into your systems, and the audit begins. You see the standard on day one: everything I build is documented and recorded from the start.
The deep audit. I map every system, role, process, and leak through STEPS. By the end of it, I know where your business is leaking money and time.
Your roadmap lands in writing: the full twelve months, sequenced. Your CEO Dashboard is built and goes live early in month two.
You already feel it. Someone else finally has the whole picture, and someone else is carrying it.
The path
Months 1 to 3
The audit tells you the truth. The dashboard makes it visible. The roadmap puts it in order. The relief is felt: someone finally has the whole picture, and someone else is carrying it.
Months 4 to 8
Team management moves to me. This is the hard season, because it is the season about you. The same questions stop reaching your phone. Slack goes quiet at dinner. You check anyway at first, then less, because the weekly email keeps proving nothing is on fire.
Months 9 to 12
You take the two-week trip, and the business grows while you are gone. The quarterly deep dive shows your hours down and your margins clear. When someone asks what you do, you say CEO, and it feels like pride, not fatigue.
Before, you earn like a CEO and live like your own hardest working, most underpaid employee. After, your only job is leading and bringing in the money. Everything behind you works, because systems and processes are finally working in alignment with your values and desires.
How it ends
Nobody gets quietly rolled into another year. Nobody gets dropped. At month eleven, you and I sit down for one call with two doors in front of you, and either one is a win.
The business is documented, recorded, and trained into your team. You do not need me running the week anymore, and that was the whole point. You move to Healthy Systems On Repeat, where I keep your systems healthy without managing the day to day. You leave with everything: every SOP, every recording, every system in your own accounts, and your dashboard data. You watch me hand it all over, exactly as promised on day one.
You recommit for another year, or for six months, a shorter term that exists only here. Most partners stay one to two years, because year two is where we deepen growth. The foundation is built, the dashboard holds a full year of your numbers, and now we can test and fuel what is next from real data instead of guesses.
Either door is an honor. You choose it. I never choose it for you.
Client results
Every founder here came in with revenue, a team, and a brand most people would envy. What they did not have was a business that could run without them in every seat.
Report clearer team ownership and fewer decisions coming back to them within 90 days.
Average time reclaimed each week when manual work becomes documented, automated systems.
Of Scale With Sanity clients say the work goes beyond what they expected.
In their words
Honest fit
Why me
You are not hiring a task-doer. You are letting one person into the back of your business for a full year. So it matters who that person is, and how she works.
Your business is not one of forty accounts. As one of three, you get my full attention, all year long.
I do not copy another business's systems into yours. Everything is built around how you actually work, and treated as one of a kind.
Every system, SOP, and recording lives in your accounts and is trained into your team. If I disappeared tomorrow, you would keep all of it. That is the standard, from day one.
I show up, I carry your business like you would, and I keep growth the priority. You build this with me, not from the sidelines.
I am based in Barbados, and I run the work the way I want your business to run: unhurried, precise, and steady. Faith and family shape how I make decisions, quietly.
No copy and paste. No dependency on me. A business you fully own at the end, built to hold without you in the middle of it.
The commitment
Scale With Sanity is $5,000 a month, on a 12-month commitment. It is the only way into the partnership. There is no shorter entry option and no exit clause, because the type of work I bring to the table is carefully executed and personalized. I do not copy and plug other businesses' systems into your business. All of my clients are treated as originals.
I take three anchor clients at a time. Never more. You would be one of three.
Twelve months, because that is what CEO-optional takes. I do not sell a shorter version, because a shorter version would be a lie. You have already proven you can make money. This is the year you prove you can have money and peace at the same time.
Questions
Because CEO-optional is a build, not a hack. It takes a full year to change what a business runs on. A shorter version would sell you the promise without the result, and I will not do that. Six months exists only as a continuation term for graduates who want to keep going.
Your team still does the work. I run the operation behind them: the meeting rhythm, the project management, the follow ups, the systems, the "did this get done." You lead the vision. I manage the execution. Your people report into me day to day, so the questions stop landing on your phone.
An OBM runs your existing chaos a little more smoothly. An agency hands you deliverables and leaves. I rebuild the operational architecture underneath the business, document and train it into your team, and hand all of it to you. You are left with a business that holds on its own, not a new person you cannot run without.
Real access to your systems and your team, from week one. This only works when I can see how the business actually runs, not just hear a description of it. You would be a partner in the build, not a spectator, so I will ask you to show up to the calls and give your part.
You will not have to wonder. You get a written update every week, a monthly CEO call, and a quarterly deep dive that shows the change in hours and dollars. If something is off, we catch it early and fix it. There is no exit clause, because the work only holds if we finish it, and because I only take three clients I can fully commit to.
You keep everything. Every SOP, every recording, every system is built in your own accounts, and your dashboard data is yours. At month eleven you watch me hand it all over, exactly as promised on day one. Nothing lives with me that you cannot take with you.
If you have a team, consistent revenue, and you have become the bottleneck, we should talk. Your application is the honest way to find out before either of us commits to a full year.
